We started National High School in 2021 with one promise — that no child in this region will be held back because of fee. That promise still stands. We will keep our syllabus on time, our classrooms small enough for a teacher to know each child by name, and our admissions open to every family that walks through our gate. We hold class size at thirty-five, take remedial classes twice a week for students who fall behind, and guarantee that the syllabus will finish before the final exam. Tuition is among the lowest in the district. Books, uniform and bus fee are fully waived for orphan children — no quota, no lottery, just a certificate from the Block Development Officer.

We do not list every classroom as a separate "facility." What we have built is six things that a school should have — and we have them, on one campus, since 2021.

Est. 2022Each classroom equipped with a smart display, audio system, and internet access. Concepts are taught visually before blackboard work.
Modern Computer Lab
Est. 2023A dedicated computer lab with broadband internet, used from Class 3 onwards. Basic typing, file handling, and online research are taught at the primary stage itself.
Separate Boys & Girls Hostel
Est. 2023Supervised hostel facility with warden, meals, study hours, and weekend leave protocol. Available for Classes 3 onwards on application.
School Bus Network
Est. 2022GPS-tracked buses on Bagodar, Dama, Aura, Giridih, and Dumri routes. Drivers and conductors are background-verified. Live pickup and drop timings are issued term-wise.
Reading Room & Library
Est. 2022A bilingual reading room stocked with picture books, NCERT and JAC textbooks, newspapers, and reference material. Open during all school hours.
Sports & Drill Ground
Est. 2022Open assembly ground used for Independence Day and Republic Day parades, drill practice, and inter-house sports.

Four stages. One expectation: get the basics right.
Every child moves through four stages at N.H.S. — foundational, primary, middle, and secondary. The pedagogy is the same throughout: read, ask, do, revise, ask again. We do not promise any "future-ready" or "AI-powered" framework — just basic concepts taught properly, in the time given.

Nursery · LKG · UKG
Phonics-first English, hand-grip development, story-based numeracy. No written tests — only continuous observation reports to parents.

Primary
Class 1 to 5
Concept-oriented learning in English, Hindi, Mathematics, EVS. Basic computer familiarity from Class 3. Remedial support is built into the timetable.
- 03Stage
Middle
Class 6 to 8
Subject teachers for Science, Social Science, Mathematics, English, Hindi, Sanskrit. Remedial classes held twice a week for students who fall behind.
- 04Stage
Secondary
Class 9 to 10
Board-oriented preparation following CBSE / JAC patterns. Guaranteed timely syllabus completion. Special doubt-clearing classes held on Saturdays.

The 6th Annual Function was held on 15 November 2025 on the school assembly ground. More than 200 students performed — folk dances, speeches, skits on freedom fighters, and a full school choir. Photographs from the day, and from the Independence Day parade before it.

Tuition, books, uniform, and bus fee fully waived. Apply with certificate from Block Development Officer.

Awarded to top three students of Class 9 based on annual exam rank. Covers tuition for Class 10.

10% tuition concession for the second child enrolled from the same family.

Half tuition concession with valid documentation. Subject to Principal approval.

National High School was founded on 14 April 2021 with 47 students across five classes. Six years later we are a full Nursery-to-Class-10 school with a hostel.
